If you would like to share your recordings with other staff or students, we recommend that you upload your Zoom recordings to OneDrive for business and share them. If you are using a college-supplied device you need to access Zoom via the Software Hub. If an individual external to Imperial College needs to host an authenticated Zoom meeting or webinar, you will need to provide them with a guest account. If the Zoom meeting is set up not to require authentication via Single Sign On SSO , the external individual can join the meeting and be made a 'Co-Host' without the need for a guest account.
To make a participant in a Zoom meeting please follow the instructions below once you have started the meeting:. You do not need to set up a guest account if the participant is viewing the meeting only.
